Everywhere in the third world countries, one the reason of their continuing poverty, is mismatches between education and employment. Millions of guys are studying topics that even they know would be useless in service life. Thousands of guys prefer to study at a good governmental university in a dishonored subject rather than going to the peripheral colleges and study market oriented subjects.
I think that there are acute unployment in the third world countries, but there are severe crisis of good manpower also. If you can know the infos behind the scences, you will find out that many of the companies in the unemployment-hit areas also are in dying need of proper manpower.
There should also be the change of attitude among youths in third world. Most of them pass time whining what the government is doing bad and what is missed out. Rarely they go to think what they lack actually and the micro-level reason of poverty and misery.
